Local Salad Greens and House Made Dressing

Peach Palm fruit and Kabocha squash puree

Chaya (greens) in Coco Cream

Cassava Pudding

House made Hot Cocoa (using farm cured cacao)

La'akea farm is a permaculture community and nearly all of the food for this menu will be sourced from their farm.

This dinner is a fundraiser for Slow Food Hawaii and the Malamalama Waldorf School Garden to fund their new pig fence.

There are only 20 tickets available so don’t wait!
